A: Blessings are made according to your perferences and for any occasion out there (such as birthdays, marriages, promotions, holidays etc.).

 

Q: When will the video be ready?

A: Once the order is proccessed, the video will be ready in 2-3 business days.

 

Q: How do I receive the video?

A: The video will be sent to the mail adress you have submitted in the order page (Please make sure the mail is correct before completing the order to avoid a time delay.)

 

Q: What is a VIP Priority Order?

A: VIP Priority Order is a paid feature that allows you to be instantly added to the top of the list (meaning you highly possibly receive the video faster than usual).

 

 

Q: I haven't received the video and the waiting time has passed

A: Please complete the following steps:

• Make sure you have entered the correct mail adress in the order message.

• Check the Spam section.

• If you have completed all of the above and still didn't find the video make sure to contact us by filling the "Contact us" form.
